​Your personal information like name, date of birth, contact details of your doctor, any relevant medical history and medications you are on will be required at the time of registration. 

We may collect information on your medical history and past treatment plans. This is essential to know before performing hypnosis or prescribing a wellness coaching plan.

  • Send promotional emails about new services or other relevant information. You can choose to opt out of this service

The personal data we hold on will be stored for a period of 10 years. You may request that we delete your personal information by writing to us and asking that the deletion be done. We will contact you to confirm the deletion has been made.
